Establishing the Murder Weapon

What has been most important and incredibly specific today was a close-up establishment of the necklace. This will be the shot that links the audience's recognition with an earlier scene when it is left next to the letter addressed to 'The Happy Couple'. I also wanted to foreshadow the events to come and make the necklace seem intimidating in this shot so I specifically adjusted the contrast and dropped the midtones to then place an emphasis on the necklace catching the light in a blinding manner.
