Venetian Blinds: Penultimate Shot

Animating today was a very important shot to get right because of the camera movement, shadows and drama that had to entail for just 3 seconds of running time. This shot was also the first I devised for the concept art of the film itself and so is a personal one to me because of it's prominant noir visuals. The shot sees Helena sliding down the wall as she endures her partner and his fiance's love for each other. What I wanted to emphasise in this shot were the shadows corrupting the image and breaking apart the frame and corrupting her through the lighting.
