Re-imagining 'Kiss of Death'

My approach towards reinterpreting the sequence of 'Kiss of Death' was to break down and seperate the audio from the visuals. Most of the dialogue within the scene is broken up by music or general slow paced movements and so applying that to some eccentric and funny ideas I created the characters as frogs. What seemed inevitable was using the 20 second instrumental as a chance to create humour. When using frogs in this sequence storyboard the pauses attend to the humourous side of the serious context. Many of the pauses include either catching flies with their tongues or hopping about in an aimless way to emphasise the nature of their character. The general idea was to spoof the original conventions of the base video and use them in a serious yet humourous way that plays with the attibutes associated with both film noir and the nature of frogs.
